Ras Abu Daud (Ras Abu Dawood)
A headland area south-east of Sifah with steep rocky walls alternating with colourful reefs, schools of fish, tuna, turtles, rays, nudibranchs and mobulas; Extra Divers Sifah calls it an exclusive site that only it dives. Euro-Divers lists Ras Abu Dawood as a longer boat trip (about 1 h 10 min each way from its Muscat marina) with a fuel surcharge. The shallow Mimosa wreck (about 14–15 m) is dived in the same area but has no published position and is not listed separately.
