Sardine Run (Panagsama Beach)
A school of sardines, reported at over a million fish, hovers 20–30 m off Panagsama Beach at roughly 1–20 m depth and can be entered straight from the shore by divers, snorkellers and freedivers. Jacks, mackerel and barracuda hunt on its edge, turtles rest on the reef beneath, and thresher sharks are seen only occasionally.
