Tongo Point (Tongo Sanctuary)
A protected sanctuary wall with ledges, crevices and small caves just off the Panagsama coastline. The wall top is only about 2 m below the surface and continues past 50 m, though most dives stay around 20 m. Turtles, pygmy seahorses and electric clams are among the well-known residents.
