Isla Grosa
Isla Grosa is a volcanic island, an SCI and SPA, offering four different dives between 6 and 18 m over seagrass (Posidonia) meadows; the many cavities are a breeding ground for groupers and brown meagre. The brochure also lists the Amphitheatre (13–18 m, many nudibranchs, dentex and barracuda in a current) and the Cueva de la Grosa, a cave 120 m long with a maximum depth of 6 m and little light, sheltering mainly prawns and scorpionfish. Position estimated from map data, for orientation only.
